Ganesh Bhomick
founder, CEO and Principal Accountant

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business advisory, Ganesh Bhomick is a highly regarded expert in supporting small to medium enterprises (SMEs), not-for-profit organisations, and the healthcare sector. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)and CPA Australia member, he brings a unique combination of technical precision andcommercial insight to every client engagement. Ganesh is committed to helping individuals and organisations take control of their finances through solutions that are practical, ethical, and easy to understand.

Before founding Number Solutions Tax & Accounting, Ganesh held senior finance roles across both the public and private sectors. His public sector experience includes over 10 years with NSW Health, where he led key functions such as financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and regulatory compliance for hospitals and health services. In the private sector, he has worked with commercial enterprises, professional service firms, and public accounting practices, developing a broad skill set in taxation, business structuring, and strategic financial advisory.

Ganesh also brings over a decade of experience working with not-for-profit organisations, including voluntary contributions to several grassroots community groups. His deep understanding of the NFP sector includes ACNC reporting, grant acquittals, and financial sustainability planning. He is widely recognised for his ability to deliver strong financial stewardship, stakeholder-focused reporting, and robust budgeting and forecasting frameworks that support mission-driven outcomes and long-term growth.

A core focus of Ganesh’s practice lies in strategic tax planning, asset protection, business advisory, and trust fund audits. Graham Flegg
Principal Advisor

Graham graduated from Sydney University in 1979 and became a registered tax agent on 24 July 1979. Graham was admitted as a member of CPA Australia on 10 June 1981 and advanced to Fellow status on 25 August 1995.

Graham’s career progressed from working in small suburban accounting practices to joining Arthur Young Chartered Accountants as the Business Services Manager. During this role Graham was responsible for managing the firm’s Liverpool based office.

As a result of restructuring, Graham commenced his own sole practice in Ingleburn as of July 1987, specialising in advising small businesses in taxation and superannuation. The practice soon grew to employ four accounting professional staff and three support staff, eventually relocating to a much larger premise in Campbelltown CBD.

Graham is a Life Member of the Macarthur Public Accountants Discussion Group and has been a Public Practice Quality Reviewer for CPA Australia. In 2014 Graham sold his practice, and commenced a new consultancy firm, Flegg CPA. With well over 40 plus years of experience, Graham continues to advise a number clients of over 30 years as well as providing taxation, business service and practice management advice to other practitioners.

Graham now holds the position of Principal Advisor at Number Solutions Tax &  Accounting, where he provides strategic guidance on complex tax compliance matters, business structuring, and practice management. Leveraging over four decades of professional experience, Graham continues to support long-term clients and offers high-level advisory services to business owners and fellow practitioners. His depth of knowledge and commitment to professional excellence make him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.

April Antoinette Dumalag
Accountant

April Antoinette Dumalag is a skilled accounting professional with over a decade of experience across various industries, where she has held roles ranging from General Ledger Team Member to Quality Auditor and Team Lead. Her expertise spans general accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, foundation and grant accounting, and quality assurance. She has worked across diverse sectors including online gaming, oil and gas, and not-for-profit healthcare, earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering accurate financial outcomes.

At Number Solutions Tax & Accounting, April serves as an Accountant, where her strong attention to detail and deep accounting knowledge play a vital role in shaping and supporting clients’ financial health. She brings clarity to complex reconciliations, supports compliance with local standards, and contributes to delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Maithily Debnath
Assistant Accountant

Maithily Debnath is a dedicated Assistant Accountant at Number Solutions Tax & Accounting, where she supports a range of client services including bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, and superannuation compliance. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, Maithily is known for her reliability, work ethic, and client-focused approach. She has developed practical expertise in MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel, allowing her to contribute effectively to day-to-day financial operations and reporting. She is also actively pursuing further studies in accounting to enhance her technical proficiency and industry knowledge.

Before transitioning into finance, Maithily earned an Engineering degree and worked as a Project Engineer, where she gained valuable experience in project coordination, system installations, and team leadership. Her diverse background and passion for continuous learning allow her to bring a structured, analytical perspective to every task she undertakes.
